Terms & Conditions ** Refund Policy:**  Refunds are only available for digital products purchased directly through KensFilm website. Services such as photography sessions or event coverage are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.   **Conditions for Refund:** Refunds will only be issued if there are technical issues with the digital product that prevent its proper usage. - To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide detailed information about the issue encountered.  **Grace Period**: Clients are allotted a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time of their photoshoot. I will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals within this grace period, but please note that the session may need to be shortened to fit within the remaining time. **Late Arrival Fee**: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, a late arrival fee of half the price of the intial package will be applied. This fee compensates for the time lost and any inconvenience caused. **Notification**: I kindly ask clients to notify me as soon as possible if they anticipate being late. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and minimize any disruption to subsequent appointments. **Rescheduling**: In cases where a client is excessively late and it is not feasible to proceed with the photoshoot, we can reschedule the session. **No-Show Policy : Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will forfeit their deposit and may be subject to additional charges for rescheduling. By booking a photoshoot with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this late policy.
